Facility Rentals
We have three rooms available for event rentals for both members and non-members!
PLEASE NOTE: You must provide your own event insurance.
Rotary Room – $80/hour ($60/hour for Members)
Daily rental rate – $590 for 8 hours / ($430 for Members) each additional hour charged at hourly rate.
The Rotary Room features a renowned maple hardwood dance floor and tons of space, perfect for large gatherings like weddings, birthday parties, or community dances.

- Tables – 8-feet long, seat 8 each
- Half-hour provided at no charge for set up and tear down/cleaning.
Additional Services
- Bar Service (until 1 am) – $80 flat fee
- Table set up/tear down – $100
- Coffee/Tea Service for 80 people
- (includes cups, creamers, sugar) – $100
- Sound system – $50 flat fee
- cable provided for music feed from a laptop or cellular device – $50 deposit
- (for replacement if not returned)
- 75” TV – $25 flat fee
- Black linen tablecloths – $7 each
- Outside alcohol is NOT PERMITTED
- Wax candles are NOT PERMITTED
Social Room – $60/hour ($40/hour for Members)
The Social Room is a cozy space for informal events like anniversary parties or small family gatherings.

Activity Room – $40/hour ($20/hour for Members)

The Activity Room accommodates 40 people, ideal for board meetings or craft workshops.
