We have three rooms available for event rentals for both members and non-members!
PLEASE NOTE: You must provide your own event insurance.
Rotary Room – $80/hour ($60/hour for Members
Daily rental rate – $590 for 8 hours / ($430 for Members) each additional hour charged at hourly rate.
The Rotary Room features a renowned dance floor and tons of space, perfect for large gatherings like weddings, birthday parties, or community dances.

- Half-hour provided at no charge for set up and tear down/cleaning.
Additional Services
- Bar Service (until 1 am) – $80 flat fee
- Table set up/tear down – $100
- Coffee/Tea Service for 120 people
- (includes cups, creamers, sugar) – $50
- Sound system – $50 flat fee
- 75” Screen – $25 flat fee
- Black linen tablecloths – $5 each
Social Room – $60/hour ($40/hour for Members)
The Social Room is a cozy space for informal events like anniversary parties or small family gatherings.

Activity Room – $40/hour ($20/hour for Members)
The Activity Room accommodates 40 people, ideal for board meetings or craft workshops.

Our kitchen manager will collaborate with you to design an exquisite meal for your event, ensuring that it aligns with your budget and dietary requirements. We are dedicated to making your event truly special and memorable.
